6YL-120A oil presser introduction:
6YL-120A is a combination of heating, pressing and filtering, which is developed by our company. Using electric heating tube to heat the chamber can automatically control the pressing temperature of the oil. It can increase the pressing temperature to the oil material in a short time and improve the oil production rate. Moreover, the unique vacuum filter oil is used to purify the crude oil quickly. The machine is suitable for hot pressing soybean, sesame, rapeseed, peanut and other oil crops, and can be modified into cold pressing machine according to the needs of users.
6YL-120A oil presser application:
This machine is widely used in processing rapeseed, cottonseed, soybean, peanut kernel, sesame seed, tea seed, sunflower seed, Tung seed, olive, coconut fruit, palm fruit (kernel) and so on. Structural introduction:
1).This series of units mainly consists of five parts: automatic control part, heating and pressing part, adjusting part, transmission part and vacuum oil filtering part.
2).The automatic control system includes: air switch, AC contactor, temperature control instrument, circuit automatic protection device and so on.
3).The heating and pressing part is composed of a heater, a screw and a pressing bar, and a body assembly.
4).The transmission part consists of main shaft and reducer, pulley, motor wheel and so on.
